After Kindy Club for Acorn and Appleseed kindergarteners aged 2-years-old on an ad hoc basis.
After Kindy Club is:
Available Monday to Friday from 3.15pm to 5.30pm
There is a ratio of up to five children aged two per adult.
Each afternoon is priced at £25.20 per session - (saving over 20% compared to the ad hoc session, can be paid pay by monthly direct debit and gives your child priority, reserving their place for the full term.)
Availability depending - priority is given to kindergarteners booking for the full academic year / full term. Emergency / Flexi bookings can be made once the term commences.
New children joining Kindergarten, especially when very young, should first get used to the kindergarten rhythm. Once they are settled, and with their teacher’s recommendation, they can start After Kindy Club.
The session typically consists of a short play outside in the Kindergarten garden, then a shared fruit snack. This is followed by crafts and activities appropriate to the children’s age, which may include a rest time.

Food
Please provide your child with a snack for the After Kindy Club & label it as such. We suggest something savoury followed by a piece of fruit and a water bottle. Please do not include foods such as biscuits, cake, chocolate, crisps, sweets, highly processed foods, juice or milk. Please note: Early Years After School Club is NUT, SEED AND EGG FREE.
Clothing
The After Kindy Club involves playing outdoors in all weather. Please make sure that your child is dressed appropriately for the whole day and that they have plenty of spare clothes in their seedlings/kindergarten bag to last the whole session from morning until afternoon. Warm jumpers, fully waterproof jackets and trousers, and spare clothes, including socks and underwear, are necessary throughout the year. In winter, children need gloves (preferably waterproof) and woollen hats. Sun hats and sunscreen are required for sunny weather. Please write your child’s name on all items.
